The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSMSSB) has issued a notification regarding the recruitment of Jamadar Grade-2 positions. A total of 72 vacancies are available, with 64 in non-TSP areas and 8 in TSP regions. This opportunity is open to individuals who have successfully completed the 12th-grade CET examination.

The application process commenced on October 17, 2025, and will conclude on November 15, 2025. The examination for recruitment is scheduled for December 27, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Requirements:

Candidates must have completed their 12th grade and possess a recognized computer course or certificate. Acceptable qualifications include an O-Level (DOEACC) course, NIELIT Computer Concepts Certificate Course, COPA, or a degree, diploma, or certificate in Computer Science/Computer Applications from an accredited institution in India.

Additionally, candidates with a Senior Secondary Certificate that includes Computer Science/Computer Applications, a Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering from a government-recognized polytechnic, or completion of the RSCIT course from Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited are also eligible.

Age Limit and Relaxation

Applicants must be aged between 21 and 40 years. Age relaxation is available as follows:

1. Male candidates from SC, ST, OBC, and EWS categories in Rajasthan: 5 years.

2. Female candidates from SC, ST, OBC, and EWS categories in Rajasthan: 10 years.

3. General category female candidates: 5 years.

Application Fees

Fee Structure:

General and Keemlayer category OBC applicants: ₹600.

Non-Keemlayer OBC/OBC, EWS, SC/ST candidates: ₹400.

Candidates with disabilities: ₹400.

Exam Format

Details of the Examination:

The exam will last for 2 hours and consist of 100 questions worth 100 marks. Incorrect answers will incur a penalty of 1/3 of the mark.

The questions will cover higher secondary level topics including general knowledge, social studies, geography, history, art and culture, daily science, mathematics, and current affairs pertaining to Rajasthan.
