When is the Rajasthan Police Constable Recruitment Exam?
The written examination for the Rajasthan Police Constable Recruitment will take place on September 13 and 14, 2025. The exam on September 13 will occur during the second shift, while on September 14, it will be conducted in both shifts. Note that there will be no written examination for the Constable Band position, and thus, no admit cards will be issued for this role.
Important Exam Instructions
Candidates must arrive at the examination center at least 2 hours prior to the start time.
Entry will be prohibited 30 minutes after the examination begins.
It is essential to bring a recent passport-sized photograph and a valid photo ID (Aadhaar card or PAN card) along with the admit card.
Adherence to the dress code is mandatory. Only transparent ballpoint pens with blue or black ink are permitted.
Prohibited items include mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, watches, calculators, bags, and any electronic gadgets.
Exam Format and Syllabus
The Rajasthan Police Constable Exam will be conducted in an OMR-based offline format, allowing candidates 2 hours to complete it. The exam will consist of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) worth a total of 150 marks. The question paper is divided into three sections:
- 60 questions from Reasoning and Computer Knowledge (60 marks)
- 45 questions from Rajasthan General Knowledge (45 marks)
- 45 questions from General Knowledge (GA) (45 marks)
Each correct answer will earn 1 mark, while incorrect answers will incur a penalty of 0.25 marks.
Selection Process
The selection will occur in three phases:
- Written examination
- Physical test for candidates who pass the written exam
- Document verification for successful candidates
Physical standards include a minimum height of 168 cm for men and 152 cm for women. The chest measurement for men should be between 81-86 cm. The physical test will also require men to complete a 5 km run in 25 minutes and women in 35 minutes.
