Great news has emerged for young individuals aiming for government positions in Rajasthan. The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has progressed to the final phase of the Class IV Employee Recruitment 2024. Following the announcement of the first phase results, the preparations for Document Verification (DV) have been finalized. The Education Department has been entrusted with overseeing this critical process at the divisional level. For the recruitment of 53,750 positions, double the number of candidates were shortlisted, leading to the verification of documents for a total of 145,250 candidates due to ties in scores.

Document Verification Timeline

As per the directives from the Education Department, the document verification is set to commence on March 9 and will run until April 13. Although the entire process spans 36 days, actual operations will occur over 22 days, accounting for public holidays. All nine education boards in the state are mobilized for this initiative, with each division tasked to verify documents for approximately 16,000 candidates. To facilitate this, 30 specialized teams will be established at the divisional level, each responsible for matching records of 25 candidates daily, resulting in around 6,750 candidates being verified each day across Rajasthan.

Phased Approach to Verification

The verification will unfold in seven distinct phases.

To enhance efficiency, the document verification process is segmented into seven phases. The first phase will take place from March 9 to 13, followed by the second phase from March 16 to 19. The third phase is scheduled for March 23 to 25, with the fourth phase on March 27. The fifth phase will occur on March 30, the sixth phase from April 1 to 2, and the seventh phase from April 6 to 10 and April 13. An additional eighth phase may be conducted on April 15 and 16 if required. Teams will receive specialized training by February 24 to ensure the smooth execution of the process.
