Eligibility Criteria for Railway Apprenticeship

To qualify for the apprenticeship, applicants must have completed their 10th grade from a recognized board and hold an ITI certificate in the relevant trade. Candidates should be at least 15 years old as of January 7, 2026, and not exceed 24 years of age. Age relaxation will be provided for candidates from reserved categories.

Log in again using these credentials to fill in your details, including your name, father's name, and date of birth as per your 10th-grade mark sheet. Ensure the spellings match to avoid issues during document verification.


Next, upload a passport-sized photograph (20kb-70kb) and resize your signature to fit within 20-30kb. Pay the application fee and print the form for your records.


Application Fee

Applicants are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 100 when submitting the online form. This payment must be made online, as cash, cheque, money order, IPO, or demand draft will not be accepted. Women, SC/ST, and PwD candidates are exempt from the application fee.
