Eligibility Requirements

For Head (Catering), Head (Housekeeping), Head (Concierge):



  • A Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management is essential.

  • A specialization certificate in the relevant field is preferred.

  • 7 years of experience in the service industry, including at least 2 years in a 3-star or higher rated hotel/resort.


For Head (Horticulture):



  • A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Horticulture/Agriculture/Floriculture and Landscaping is required.

  • 7 years of experience is mandatory, with at least 2 years in gardening or landscape design. Hotel/resort experience is preferred.


For Head (Training and Diving):



  • A Diver Trade Certificate from the Indian Navy or a PADI certification is necessary.

  • Valid Offshore Medical, Diving Medical Certificate, HUET, Basic Lifeguard, and First Aid Certificates are required before joining.

  • At least 1 year of experience in conducting HUET training is needed.
