The Chief Minister, Mohan Charan Majhi, announced on Thursday that the state plans to recruit over 44,000 teachers for primary schools over the next three years. This initiative includes the creation of approximately 40,000 new teaching positions.


CM Majhi emphasized that this decision aligns with the government's commitment to enhancing the quality of primary education throughout the state. Additionally, he revealed that the government intends to regularize the employment of teachers currently serving on an ad hoc basis in various primary school programs.
