Selection Process and Salary

Candidates will be selected through a walk-in interview, skill test, and/or written examination, followed by document verification. The monthly salary for selected candidates will range from ₹8,800 to ₹27,500, depending on the position, along with additional benefits and allowances.


Eligibility Criteria

Who can apply?
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:



  • ANM: 12th grade pass, ANM course from an INC-recognized center, valid registration with the Chhattisgarh Nursing Registration Council.


  • Nursing Officer (NHM, Trauma-Emergency, Staff Nurse): B.Sc. Nursing or GNM course, valid registration with the Chhattisgarh Nursing Registration Council.


  • Laboratory Technician (DPHL IDSP): DMLT or BMLT course, registered with the CG Paramedical Council.


  • Physiotherapist (NCD): Graduation in Physiotherapy (BPT).


  • Ophthalmic Assistant: 12th grade (Biology) and a 2-year diploma in Optometry or Ophthalmic Assistance, valid registration with the CG Paramedical Council.


  • Dental Surgeon: MDS or BDS degree, registered with the CG Medical Council.


  • MO (AYUSH): BHMS, BAMS, or BUMS degree, registered with the respective AYUSH board, or BDS with CG Medical Council registration.


  • Feeding Demonstrator: B.Sc. in Home Science.


  • Community Health Officer: B.Sc. Nursing or Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing with a Community Health certificate, valid registration with the CG Nursing Council.


  • Audiologist (NPPCD): BASLP or B.Sc. in Speech and Hearing.


  • Lab Assistant (DPHL): 12th grade (Biology) with 1 year of lab experience.


  • Technical Assistant (Audiometric - NPPCD): Diploma in Hearing, Language, and Speech (DHLS).


  • Support Staff (Housekeeping) and Class-IV staff: 8th-grade pass.


  • Junior Secretarial Assistant: 12th-grade pass with a one-year diploma in computer applications.


  • Counselor (NHM): Postgraduate degree or diploma in Psychology, Counseling, Health Education, Mass Communication, or Social Sciences.



Age Limit

The minimum age for applicants is 18 years, while the maximum age limit is 70 years for medical posts and 64 years for managerial posts, calculated as of January 1, 2026.


Walk-in Interview Schedule

Walk-in interviews will take place from October 26 to November 19. Candidates should report to the designated center by 9:00 AM and must bring both original and photocopies of all relevant documents.
