NHIDCL Recruitment 2025 Notification: The National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) has issued a notification for the recruitment of 34 Deputy Manager (Technical) positions. Eligible candidates can submit their applications online starting from October 4, 2025, with the deadline set for November 3, 2025. The age of candidates will be determined as of this last date.


This recruitment initiative aims to fill a total of 34 vacancies, distributed as follows: 16 for General (UR), 4 for Scheduled Caste (SC), 2 for Scheduled Tribe (ST), 9 for Other Backward Class (OBC), and 3 for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).


Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must possess a degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Furthermore, candidates should have a valid GATE (Civil Engineering) score from the years 2023, 2024, or 2025.


Age Limit and Relaxation:
The maximum age limit for applicants is set at 34 years. However, age relaxation is applicable for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government regulations. Specifically, a 5-year relaxation is available for SC/ST candidates, while OBC (NCL) candidates receive a 3-year extension. For individuals with benchmark disabilities, the relaxation is 10 years for UR/EWS, 13 years for OBC (NCL), and 15 years for SC/ST. Additionally, ex-servicemen are granted a 5-year age relaxation.


Selection Process:
Selection will be based on the GATE score in Civil Engineering. The highest score from the years 2023, 2024, or 2025 will be taken into account. In cases where candidates have identical scores, preference will be given to the older candidate. If the birth dates are the same, selection will be determined by the alphabetical order of the first names.
