NCISM Vacancy 2026: The Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, has issued a notification for the recruitment of six Member (ISM) roles within the National Commission for Indian Systems of Medicine (NCISM). The application process is currently open and will close on March 30.

The available positions include three Members for the Medical Assessment and Rating Board and three Members for the Ethics and Registration Board. These roles comprise three from Ayurveda and three from other Indian System of Medicine (ISM) disciplines.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must possess a postgraduate degree in a field related to the Indian system of medicine from a recognized institution or university.

It is essential to be registered with the State Medical Council, Central Council of Indian Medicine, or NCISM.

Applicants should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the medical sector, with at least 7 years in a leadership role focused on the development and promotion of health education in the Indian system of medicine.

The upper age limit for applicants is set at 64 years, calculated as of March 30.
