New Delhi: If you have experience in the banking or finance sector and are seeking a higher-paying job, the latest recruitment by NABARD could be ideal for you. The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has released a notification for the appointment of specialists.


This recruitment is being conducted on a contract basis, offering the potential for long-term employment. The initial appointment will be for two years, with the possibility of extension up to three years based on performance.


Available Positions

NABARD's recruitment drive includes several key positions related to risk management, data analytics, finance, IT, and agriculture. Positions such as Additional Chief Risk Manager, Risk Manager, Producer Organization Manager, and Incubation Center Manager will be filled. Additionally, roles for Data Scientist, Financial Analyst, and Project Manager are also part of this recruitment.


Eligibility Criteria

Each position has specific educational qualifications. For the Additional Chief Risk Manager role, candidates must have a graduation or post-graduation degree along with at least 10 years of experience. Other roles require a degree in finance, commerce, economics, statistics, mathematics, or an MBA, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience.


Age Limit and Salary Details

The minimum age for applicants is set at 28 years, while the maximum age is 62 years. Age relaxation will be provided to reserved categories as per regulations. Selected candidates can expect a salary ranging from ₹1.50 lakh to ₹3.85 lakh per month, making this recruitment particularly appealing.

Selection for all positions will be based solely on interviews, with no written examination required. The application fee is ₹850 for general and OBC candidates, while SC, ST, and differently-abled candidates will pay ₹150.
