MP Police Sub-Inspector Recruitment Announcement

MP Police SI Vacancy 2025: After a seven-year hiatus, the Madhya Pradesh Police has announced the recruitment of Sub-Inspectors, offering 500 positions. The registration process is set to commence on October 27th. Aspiring candidates who have been preparing for this role should intensify their efforts, as this represents a significant opportunity for those aiming to don the Sub-Inspector uniform.

While the exam date is yet to be revealed, it is expected to be announced following the completion of the application process. Candidates should note that the exam format has undergone substantial changes this time around. Previously, the selection involved a single 200-mark paper followed by a physical test. This time, however, the selection process will be more extensive, comprising four distinct phases instead of the previous two.

Shubham Kesari Kar from Mahindra Coaching in Gopalganj, Sagar, who specializes in competitive exam preparation, emphasizes the prestige associated with the Sub-Inspector role. Successful candidates can advance to the rank of Additional Superintendent, with some even reaching the Superintendent level. He advises candidates to be aware of the new exam structure, which now mirrors the MPPSC format, incorporating a preliminary exam, a main interview, and an additional physical test.

According to Shubham, candidates who register will first face an objective exam worth 100 marks. Those who pass will progress to the second stage, which consists of two objective exams, each carrying 300 marks. Unlike the MPPSC, there will be no written component in these exams. Candidates who qualify will then undergo a physical test, and those who succeed will participate in a final interview. This comprehensive four-phase recruitment process for the MP Police Sub-Inspector is expected to be more time-consuming.
