MP NEET UG 2025: The Madhya Pradesh Directorate of Medical Education (DME) has announced the timeline for Round 2 of the NEET UG 2025 counseling process. Eligible candidates can begin filling and locking their choices starting September 17 by visiting the official website.

As per the issued notification, all candidates participating in Round 2 must complete the choice filling and locking process. This requirement also applies to those who were assigned seats in Round 1 and wish to upgrade their options.

The notification states, "During the college admission process, all candidates must select their upgradation preference (YES/NO). Candidates have until 11:59 PM on October 4, 2025, to modify their upgradation choice through their login." Details regarding the remaining seats will be available on September 16.

Furthermore, the notice clarifies, "Candidates who choose to upgrade in Round 2 but fail to lock their new selections will remain enrolled in the college assigned during Round 1 and will not qualify for upgrades in the mop-up round."

The list of available seats and the updated merit list for Round 2 will be published on September 16. The choice filling and locking period will run from September 17 to 20, with the seat allotment results announced on September 22, 2025.
