Eligibility Criteria

Who Can Apply?


Candidates must be Indian citizens. Permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh are eligible for reservation benefits and age relaxations as per state government regulations.


Educational Qualifications:


For the Patwari position, a bachelor's degree from a recognized university is required, along with a valid CPCT (Computer Proficiency and Certification Test) score card covering Hindi typing and computer skills. If a selected candidate lacks the CPCT qualification at the time of appointment, they must obtain it within three years of joining.

Salary Structure:


The pay scale for the Patwari role is ₹5,200–₹20,200 with a grade pay of ₹2,100. Salaries for other positions will vary, with some officer-level roles falling under the Level-8 pay scale (₹32,800–₹1,03,600) and assistant-level roles under Level-4 (₹19,500–₹62,000).


Selected candidates will receive a stipend during a three-year probation period: 70% of the minimum salary in the first year, 80% in the second, and 90% in the third year. Regular salary payments will begin after successful completion of the probation.


Selection Process

Selection Method:


Candidates will be chosen based on a computer-based online written examination. General category candidates must achieve a minimum of 50% marks to qualify for the merit list, while SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and differently-abled candidates need at least 40%.


A merit list will be created post-examination, followed by verification of candidates' academic and technical documents by the relevant department. Appointment orders will be issued once documents are validated.


Medical Fitness:


Candidates must undergo a medical examination to confirm physical and mental fitness before final selection. The appointment process will conclude only after the candidate is deemed fit by the medical board.
