Eligibility Criteria

Candidates wishing to apply for the Constable position must have completed the 10th grade from a recognized educational institution. However, Special Police Officers (SPOs) currently serving in the Ladakh Police with a minimum of three years of continuous service may apply with an 8th-grade qualification. All educational requirements must be fulfilled by the application deadline.

The age limit for applicants is set between 18 and 28 years as of January 1, 2026. Relaxations in the upper age limit will be provided to candidates from reserved categories as per existing regulations.


Application Fee Structure

The application fee varies based on the candidate's category: ₹600 for Unreserved and EWS candidates, while SC, ST, and ALC candidates are required to pay ₹500.
