KVS-NVS Recruitment 2025: A recruitment drive has been initiated for a total of 14,967 teaching and non-teaching roles across Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVS) and Navodaya Vidyalayas (NVS). The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has published the comprehensive notification. As per the announcement, the online application process commenced today, November 14, at 10 AM.


Application Process and Deadlines

Eligible candidates can submit their applications online via the links available on the official websites: www.cbse.gov.in, kvsangathan.nic.in, or navodaya.gov.in. The deadline for both application submission and fee payment is December 4, 2025. This recruitment aims to fill 9,126 positions in KVS and 5,841 in NVS.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Required for Application


The eligibility requirements for teaching roles in KVS and NVS vary. For PGT roles, candidates should possess a Master's degree in the relevant subject along with a B.Ed. For TGT roles, a bachelor's degree with a B.Ed. and successful completion of the CTET exam for various subjects is necessary. For the primary teacher (PRT) position, candidates must have a senior secondary degree with either a D.El.Ed. or B.Ed. and pass CTET Paper-I.


Candidates aspiring for the Principal position must hold a master's degree and B.Ed., along with prior experience as a principal or vice-principal in a recognized institution. Those who meet these criteria are encouraged to apply.
