Educational Requirements

Candidates must hold a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree relevant to the position from a recognized institution. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the respective field is required.


Age Criteria

The age limits for the positions are as follows:


  • Young Professionals: Maximum age of 27 years as of October 1, 2026


  • Consultants: Age range of 40 to 65 years


  • Senior Consultants: Must be under 39 years



For Consultant and Senior Consultant roles, age will be calculated based on the application submission date. Relaxations in age limits will be provided for candidates from reserved categories as per regulations.


Selection Process

Candidates will be selected through application review, shortlisting, personal interviews, and document verification. Monthly salaries for selected Young Professionals and Senior Consultants will range from ₹25,000 to ₹40,000, along with additional benefits. The salary for Consultants will be determined according to the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) guidelines.
