Initially, the application period was set to commence on November 7, 2025, but it has been rescheduled. As of January 9, candidates can register online through the JSSC's official website.

Age Requirement: 18-25 years, with age relaxation for reserved categories as per regulations


Salary Range: Level-2, (₹19,900-63,200)


Physical Requirements

Height Requirements:


Male candidates from Unreserved/Economically Weaker Sections, Extremely Backward Classes, and Backward Classes must be at least 160 cm tall. For Scheduled Tribe/Scheduled Caste males, a minimum height of 155 cm is acceptable. Female candidates from all categories should have a height of 148 cm.


Physical Efficiency Test

Running Test Details:


In the physical efficiency test, male and female candidates will have different time limits for a 1600-meter race. Males must complete the run in 6 minutes, while females have 10 minutes. Previously, the distance was 10 km. Candidates who pass this physical test will advance to the written examination stage.

2. Navigate to the Application Forms (Apply) section and find the JKCE-2025 link once it is activated.


3. Click on the Apply Online tab. If you have previously registered, log in using your registration number and password.


4. Fill in all required details in the online application form carefully.


5. Upload your recent color photograph, signature, and other necessary documents.


6. Pay the application fee and print a copy of the completed form for your records.


Application Fees

During the application process, candidates must pay an examination fee of ₹100. However, candidates from Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes in Jharkhand will only need to pay ₹50. Applications submitted without the fee will be rejected.
