Educational Qualifications

Scientist / Engineer 'SC' (Electrical)	Candidates must have a BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks (average of all semesters) or a CGPA of 6.84 on a 10-point scale.
Scientist / Engineer 'SC' (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning)	Candidates must have a BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or related subjects as electives or core subjects, with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks (average of all semesters) or a CGPA of 6.84 on a 10-point scale.
Scientist/Engineer 'SC' (Architecture)	Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a minimum of 65% marks or a CGPA of 6.84/10.
