IOCL Graduate Engineer Recruitment Notification
Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has announced the opening of applications for Graduate Engineer positions. Candidates interested in these roles can submit their applications until September 21, 2025. Successful applicants will enjoy competitive salaries.
The recruitment is specifically for graduates in Chemical, Electrical, and Instrumentation engineering. The online application process commenced on September 5, 2025, and will remain open until 5:00 PM on September 21, 2025, via IOCL's official website.
A Computer-Based Test (CBT) is scheduled for October 31, 2025, across 44 cities nationwide. Admit cards will be issued to all candidates by October 17, 2025, and must be presented at the examination center.
To qualify, candidates must hold a BE or B.Tech degree. General, EWS, and OBC-NCL candidates need a minimum of 65% in their graduation, while SC, ST, and PWD candidates require at least 55%. The degree must be from a full-time program at an AICTE or UGC recognized institution.
The age limit for applicants in the General and EWS categories is capped at 26 years as of July 1, 2025, with age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per government guidelines.
The selection process consists of three stages: a computer-based examination featuring 100 questions on subject knowledge, general aptitude, logical reasoning, and English; followed by group discussions or group work; and concluding with a personal interview.
There is no application fee for SC, ST, and PWD candidates, while other applicants are required to pay ₹500. The application form correction option will be available until September 21, 2025.
Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹160,000, with an initial basic salary of ₹50,000. Additional benefits include dearness allowance, housing assistance, medical coverage, gratuity, provident fund, accident insurance, leave encashment, and performance bonuses, leading to an estimated annual gross remuneration of around ₹17.7 lakh.
