Eligibility Criteria for Indian Navy SSR Medical Recruitment

Applicants must have completed their 10+2 examination from a recognized board, achieving a minimum of 50% marks in the Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) stream. Additionally, candidates should have secured at least 40% in each subject. The age requirement stipulates that candidates must be born between May 1, 2005, and October 31, 2009. Selection Process for SSR Medical Branch

Stage I: The Indian Navy Entrance Test (INET) will consist of 100 objective-type questions, each worth one mark. The exam will cover four sections: English, Science, Biology, and General Awareness, to be completed in one hour.

Physical Fitness Test (PFT): Candidates who pass Stage I will be invited to take the Physical Fitness Test, which includes a 1.6 km run to be completed in 6 minutes and 30 seconds, along with 20 squats, 15 push-ups, and 15 sit-ups.

Stage II: Only those who clear the PFT will proceed to Stage II, which also consists of 100 questions from the same four subjects.
