This initiative includes a total of 60 openings, evenly split between the Mechanical Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering fields.

Eligible unmarried male and female candidates who have taken the JEE (Main) 2026 exam and achieved the required scores in their 10+2 exams can apply online from May 29, 2026, to June 18, 2026. Eligibility Criteria

Application Conditions:


Only unmarried candidates are permitted to apply. If a candidate marries during the training phase, they will be dismissed from the program and must repay the entire training cost. This is a crucial eligibility requirement.


Educational Requirements:


Candidates must have achieved at least 70% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) in their 10+2 (Senior Secondary) examination, along with a minimum of 50% in English. Additionally, candidates must appear for the JEE (Main) 2026 exam. Selection for the Services Selection Board (SSB) will be determined by the All India Rank (CRL) obtained in JEE (Main).


Selection Process and Medical Examination

After the SSB, candidates who are selected will need to undergo a medical examination. Those who have previously been declared medically fit for the NDA/INA will not need to be re-examined. There will be no leniency regarding medical standards, and requests to change the medical examination center will not be accepted.
