Indian Army Agniveer Rally 2026 Preparations: The recruitment rally for the Indian Army Agniveer in North India, specifically in the Bareilly district, has officially begun today. This event is scheduled from March 11 to March 23 at the Jat Regimental Centre in Bareilly, where a significant number of young aspirants are anticipated to take part. Participants from 12 Districts
**Rally for Candidates from 12 Districts**
Young candidates from twelve districts will be eligible to participate in the Bareilly Army Agniveer rally. The districts include Bahraich, Balrampur, Shravasti, Lakhimpur Kheri, Shahjahanpur, Sitapur, Sambhal, Pilibhit, Hardoi, Farrukhabad, Badaun, and Bareilly. Only those who have successfully passed the Common Entrance Examination (CEE) will be allowed to join this rally.
Essential Documents for Participation
**Arrive with Your Admit Card**
All participants must bring their Admit Cards for the physical test. Additionally, original documents are required. Candidates should ensure they have all necessary paperwork, including educational certificates, proof of residence, caste and religious certificates, police character certificates, school character certificates, sports certificates, NCC certificates, PAN or Aadhaar cards, and tattoo certificates, along with passport-sized photographs.
Expectations at the Running Ground
**What to Expect at the Running Ground?**
The Army has made extensive preparations for each phase of the recruitment process, including the running track, long jump, high jump, document verification, and other evaluations. A spacious area has been converted into a dedicated running track for the 1.6 km race. Group-wise arrangements have been established for the running event and subsequent stages. Separate waiting areas have also been created for candidates to wait for their turn. Physical Test Requirements
**What Does the Army Agniveer Physical Test Entail?**
A minimum height of 162 cm is required for both male and female Agniveer candidates, with weight needing to be proportionate to height. In the Physical Fitness Test, male candidates must complete a 1.6 km run within 7 minutes and 30 seconds, while female candidates have a time limit of 8 minutes. The test also includes a long jump of 10 feet and a high jump of 3 feet; male candidates are required to perform 20 squats and 15 push-ups, while female candidates must do 15 squats and 10 push-ups. Male candidates must complete 15 sit-ups, and female candidates must complete 10 sit-ups. Those who pass the physical test will advance to the medical examination in the next stage.
