The official notification invites applications for the roles of Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) and Assistant Engineer (Technical).

Eligibility Criteria for Applicants

Who Can Apply?


Assistant Administrative Officer: Candidates must possess a Master's degree with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks and at least two years of relevant experience in a recognized educational institution, showcasing their capability in administrative functions.


Assistant Administrative Officer (Finance/Accounts): Applicants should have a Master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks. Additionally, two years of experience in the Finance and Accounts Department of a college or institution is mandatory.


Assistant Engineer (Technical) – Programmer / Network Engineer: Candidates with an M.E./M.Tech degree in a relevant field must have at least one year of experience, while those with a B.E./B.Tech degree need three years of experience, both requiring a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.


Selection Process

How Will the Selection Be Conducted?


Shortlisting: All applications will be reviewed to ensure candidates meet the eligibility requirements. A list of shortlisted candidates will be published on April 13, 2026.
