Exciting Opportunities in Banking: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has unveiled a significant recruitment drive for over 13,000 positions. This includes vacancies for Officer Scale and Office Assistant roles in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). Interested candidates can find the official notification on the IBPS website.

Eligibility Criteria:


Candidates must meet specific educational qualifications for each position. Here are the requirements:



  • Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Graduation from a recognized university.


  • Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Graduation from a recognized university.


  • Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Graduation or post-graduation with a minimum of 50% marks.


  • Officer Scale-II (Information Technology Officer): Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Communication, Computer Science, or IT with at least 50% marks.


  • Officer Scale-II (Chartered Accountant): Must have passed the CA exam from ICAI and possess one year of CA experience.


  • Officer Scale-II (Law Officer): Graduation in law with a minimum of 50% marks.


  • Officer Scale-II (Treasurer): CA or MBA degree holders with two years of experience.


  • Officer Scale II (Marketing Officer): MBBS degree with two years of marketing experience.


  • Officer Scale II (Agriculture Officer): Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Science, or related fields.


  • Officer Scale III (Senior Manager): Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks and relevant experience.



Age Requirements:



  • Office Assistant: 18 to 28 years


  • Officer Scale - I: 18 to 30 years


  • Officer Scale - II: 21 to 32 years


  • Officer Scale - III: 21 to 40 years
