Age Limit by Position
The age criteria for the IBPS RRB recruitment will be determined as of September 1, 2026. The age limits are as follows:
- Office Assistant: 18 to 28 years
- Officer Scale-I: 18 to 30 years
- Officer Scale-II: 21 to 32 years
- Officer Scale-III: 21 to 40 years
Application Fee Details
The application fee structure is as follows:
- ₹175 for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates.
- ₹850 for all other candidates.
- ESM/DESM candidates applying for the Office Assistant position also pay ₹175.
Selection Process Explained
The selection process varies by position:
- For Office Assistant: Preliminary exam followed by a main exam, with provisional allotment based on main exam scores.
- For Officer Scale-I: Preliminary exam, main exam, and a common interview, followed by provisional allotment.
- For Officer Scale-II and III: One online examination, followed by a common interview and provisional allotment.
Weightage in Selection Process
The interview is scored out of 100 marks. General category candidates need at least 40% marks, while SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD candidates require a minimum of 35%. For Officer posts, the online examination contributes 80% to the overall score, while the interview accounts for 20%. The interview will be conducted by the Nodal Regional Rural Bank with support from NABARD and IBPS.
