Application Deadline Extended



The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has announced an extension for the application deadline for the positions of PO and Clerk. Candidates who were unable to submit their applications can now do so until September 28, 2025. Interested individuals can apply for Officer (Scale-I, II & III) and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) roles by visiting the official IBPS website at www.ibps.in. The final date for printing the completed application form is October 13, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

Who is Eligible?


To be eligible for various positions, candidates must hold a degree from a recognized university or institute. Specific roles may require a Bachelor's degree in fields such as Electronics, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, CA, MBA, Law (LLB), Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or Engineering. It is advisable for candidates to check the official notification for comprehensive eligibility details.

Age Limitations


The age limits for this recruitment vary by position, as outlined below:



  • Office Assistant: Minimum age 18, maximum age 28 years


  • Officer Scale I: Ages 18 to 30 years


  • Senior Manager Officer Scale III: Ages 21 to 40 years


  • All other positions: Ages 21 to 32 years



Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation according to the applicable regulations.

  2. On the homepage, click on the application link for Officers (Scale-I, II & III) under RRBs (CRP-RRBs-XIV).


  3. On the new page, select 'Click here for New Registration' and enter the required details to register.


  4. After registration, complete the application form by providing additional information.


  5. Upload your signature and photograph.


  6. Pay the applicable application fee based on your category.


  7. Finally, print the pre-filled application form for your records.

It is essential to submit the required fee along with the application. Applications without the fee will not be processed. The fee structure is as follows:



  • For candidates in the Unreserved, OBC, and EWS categories: ₹850


  • For SC/ST/PH categories: ₹175
