Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and have achieved the qualifying cut-off marks in GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025 in either Electronics and Communications (GATE Code: EC) or Computer Science and Information Technology (GATE Code: CS).
Age Requirement: Candidates should be between 18 and 27 years old as of November 16, 2025.
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their GATE scorecards and will subsequently participate in a skill test and interview in Delhi. Applicants can choose their best GATE score from the years 2023, 2024, or 2025. The final merit list for the ACIO-II/Tech position will be compiled based on the combined scores from GATE, the skill test, and the interview.
