Qualifications Required

Required Qualifications
Candidates applying for the Deputy General Manager position must possess a Master’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution. For the Associate Manager (Internal Audit) role, an MBA in Finance, Systems, Operations, or Hospital Administration, along with a B.Pharm or B.Tech, is necessary.

For the Junior Manager (Production) position, a B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Production Engineering is required. The Quality Assurance Officer must have a degree in Science or a Diploma in Engineering. Senior Business Manager (IBD) and Business Manager (IBD) applicants should hold an MBA in Marketing or a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing.

For Senior Operations Manager (Healthcare Services), candidates need an M.Sc. in Medical Biochemistry, Medical Microbiology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or MLT, or a B.Sc. in MLT with an MBA in Healthcare Management or a Master of Public Health (MPH).

For Associate Manager (Healthcare Services) and Chief Manager (Healthcare Services), an MBA in Healthcare Management, MPH, or an M.Sc. in relevant fields is required. Junior Manager (QA) candidates should have an M.Sc. and/or B.Sc. in Microbiology or related fields.

For Operations Manager (Healthcare Services), an MBA in Healthcare Management or MPH, along with an M.Sc. in relevant fields, is necessary. Junior Manager (Diagnostics) requires paramedical qualifications or a B.Sc. in relevant fields. Operations Manager (Lab Projects) candidates should have a B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology, while Associate Manager (Medical Diagnostics Services) requires a B.Sc. in various medical fields.

For Junior Manager (Quality), a post-graduate or graduation in relevant medical fields is necessary.
