Direct Recruitment for 5500 Constable Positions

The HSSC has announced that it will fill a total of 5500 constable positions in the Haryana Police, categorized as follows:

4500 positions for Male Constables (General Duty)

600 positions for Female Constables (General Duty)

400 positions for Male Constables (GRP)

Eligibility Criteria for Category Certificates

Candidates belonging to BCA/BCB/EWS categories must present a supporting certificate issued on or after April 1, 2025, valid until the application deadline. For DSC/OSC candidates, certificates should be issued after November 13, 2024. Additionally, for family members of Ex-Servicemen (ESM), the certificate must be issued or updated on or after January 12, 2025. Regarding educational qualifications, candidates must have completed 10+2 from a recognized board or institution, with Hindi or Sanskrit studied at the matriculation level or higher. The commission has specified that no extra weightage will be given for qualifications beyond 10+2.
