The Haryana Staff Selection Commission has officially released the notification for Group D recruitment for the year 2026. Important Dates for Recruitment
According to the commission, the notification was issued on June 18, 2026. The application process will start on June 19 and will continue until July 3. The last date for submitting the application fee is set for July 6, 2026. Candidates will have the opportunity to use the correction window from July 7 to July 9, 2026, in case of any errors in the application form.
Eligibility Criteria for Applicants
To apply for this recruitment, candidates must have passed the 10th grade from a recognized board. Additionally, they should have studied Hindi or Sanskrit at the matriculation level. However, the commission clarified that this requirement does not apply to certain positions such as sweepers and watchmen. The minimum age for applicants is set at 18 years, while the maximum age limit is 42 years, with age relaxation available for reserved categories.
Merit List Based on CET Scores
The selection for Group D recruitment will be entirely based on the CET performance. The commission has stated that the CET score will carry a weightage of 100 percent. There will not be a separate main examination for most positions. The difficulty level of the question paper will be equivalent to that of the 10th grade. The final merit list will be prepared based on the scores obtained in the CET.
