Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria for the EdCIL recruitment:

1. Teaching proficiency in Tamil and English is mandatory.
2. Master’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
3. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree from a recognized university (desirable).
4. A minimum of 5 years of full-time relevant teaching experience in the respective subject for the 10th (TGT) and 12th (PGT) level is mandatory.
5. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in imparting training to teachers covering subject/ curriculum/ pedagogy/ instructional strategies/ classroom management preferred.
