Educational Qualifications:
- Professor: MD/MS or equivalent, and M.Ch./D.M. for super-specialties.
- Additional Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor: MD/MS or equivalent with required experience based on the position.

Selection Process:
- Interview: Candidates will be selected based on an interview. A printout of the completed application form along with original and attested copies of required certificates must be brought to the interview.
- Written Test: AIIMS Raebareli reserves the right to conduct a written test if the number of applicants for a particular department is 30 or more.
- TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for attending the interview.
