However, there is positive news for skilled workers: Canada is emerging as a favorable alternative. The nation not only provides lucrative job opportunities but also facilitates a more straightforward route to Permanent Residency (PR). Below are four key pathways for H-1B visa holders or those seeking overseas employment to find jobs and secure long-term residency in Canada.


1. Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP)
