Candidates who pass the written exam will need to prepare for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). It is advisable to start training for running and other physical activities now. The requirements are as follows:


1. Male candidates must complete a 5 km run in 24 minutes and a 1600-meter run in 7 minutes.


2. Female candidates must finish a 1.6 km run in 8.5 minutes and an 800-meter run in 5 minutes.

Height and Chest Measurements


During the physical assessment, male candidates must have a minimum height of 170 cm, while female candidates should be at least 157 cm tall. For Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates, the minimum height is 162.5 cm for males and 150 cm for females. Additionally, male candidates must have an unexpanded chest measurement of 76 cm and 81 cm when expanded. Relaxations in height and chest measurements are available for candidates from reserved categories, as detailed in the accompanying image.

Following the physical tests, candidates who qualify will undergo a medical examination. Those deemed physically fit will be appointed to fill a total of 25,487 vacancies through this recruitment process.
