Eligibility Criteria for Managerial Positions
Manager: Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with at least 55% marks, or a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics with a minimum of 55% marks. Candidates with B.Tech, B.E., BCA, or MCA degrees, as well as those with BBA or MBA qualifications, are also eligible.
Junior Manager: Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a minimum of 55% marks, or a degree in Economics, Mathematics, or Science. Additionally, an 'O' Level certification in Computer Applications is required. B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, or MBA degree holders can also apply.
Assistant/Cashier: A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with at least 55% marks is necessary, along with a CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) certificate.
Assistant/Typist: A Graduation degree from a recognized university is required, along with typing skills of 30–40 words per minute in both Hindi and English, and a CCC certificate. For the Assistant Engineer (AE) Civil position, a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university is mandatory.
