Qualifications Required for SBI Manager
To qualify for the manager position at SBI, candidates must possess a graduation degree from a recognized university. Additionally, an MBA (Finance), PGDBA, PGDBM, MMS (Finance), CA, CFA, or ICWA is essential. Candidates should also have a minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory or management role related to corporate credit or high-value credit, along with knowledge of balance sheets and credit monitoring.
Salary Structure
Successful candidates will be appointed at the Middle Management Grade Scale-III level. There will be a probation period of six months, with a basic salary ranging from Rs 85,920 to Rs 1,05,280. Additional allowances such as DA, HRA, CCA, and PF will also be included in the salary package.
