Annual Vacancies to be Introduced
The state government has devised a long-term strategy aiming to recruit 100,000 teachers over the next five years. Under this plan, around 20,000 teachers will be recruited each year. The education minister noted that this approach has two significant benefits. Firstly, students will be able to complete their studies annually without prolonged waiting for recruitment.
