Eligibility and Experience Requirements

**Eligibility Criteria:**

For Senior Consultant roles, candidates must be no older than 45 years and should have at least 10 years of relevant experience. For Consultant positions, the age limit is 40 years with a requirement of 6 years of experience. Additionally, for Consultant (Young Professional) roles, candidates should be a maximum of 31 years old and possess 4 years of experience.

In terms of educational qualifications, applicants must have an MBA in Finance, HR, or Industrial Relations from a recognized institution. Candidates with a Law degree who meet other eligibility criteria are also welcome to apply.
