Eligibility Criteria for Revenue Department Positions

Qualifications for Jobs in the Revenue Department



  • Joint Registrar: Must be a retired officer from the Central Government/Supreme Court/Tribunal with 5 years of service at Pay Level 12 or Level 11. A Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in administration and court matters are required.

  • Deputy Registrar: Retired officers from the Central Government/Supreme Court/Tribunal (7th CPC Level-11) or with 5 years of experience at Level-10. A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in administration and court matters are necessary.

  • Principal Private Secretary: Retired employees from the Central Government or Supreme Court/Tribunal (Level 11) or with 5 years of experience at Level 10.

  • Assistant Registrar: Retired officers from Pay Level-10 or with 2 years of experience at Level-9. A Bachelor's degree and three years of experience are required.

  • Senior Private Secretary: Retired employees from the Central Government/Supreme Court/Tribunal or equivalent post at Pay Level-8 or with two years of experience at Level-7.

  • Court Officer: Retired employees from the Central Government/Supreme Court/Tribunal or equivalent post at Pay Level 08 or 2 years of service experience in a Level 07 post.

  • Private Secretary: Retired employees from the Central Government or Supreme Court/Tribunal or equivalent post at Pay Level 07 or 5 years of experience at Level 06.
