This recruitment initiative includes options for candidates through Deputation, Direct Recruitment, and Immediate Absorption. Eligibility Requirements

For the Deputy General Manager (Finance) role, candidates must possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from ICAI or a CMA qualification from ICMAI, along with at least 8 years of professional experience, including 3 years in Metro, Railway, or similar government institutions. Membership with ICSI and relevant experience is required for the Company Secretary role. Other positions necessitate an Engineering or Professional degree in the relevant field. Only experience from government or PSU sectors will be considered valid; private sector experience will not be accepted.

Age Restrictions

Candidates applying through Deputation must be a maximum of 56 years old, while those applying via Direct Recruitment/Absorption should not exceed 45 years. A unique aspect of this recruitment is that it welcomes experienced candidates aged 50 and above.

Salary Information

The salary for the Deputy General Manager position ranges from ₹70,000 to ₹2,00,000 per month, while the Assistant Manager role offers between ₹50,000 and ₹1,60,000 per month. Salaries for government employees will align with IDA/CDA pay scales, which are quite competitive.

Selection Procedure

The selection process will occur in two phases:
