NBCC Vacancy: NBCC (India) Limited has issued a fresh recruitment notification for various roles, including Junior Engineer, Senior Project Executive, Manager, and other professional positions. A total of 59 vacancies are available through this recruitment initiative. Eligible candidates can submit their applications online via the official NBCC website starting from March 6, 2026. This recruitment is aimed at filling positions across multiple departments such as Engineering, Architecture, Human Resources, and Finance.


Educational Qualifications Required

GM (Engineering): Applicants must hold a degree in Civil Engineering and possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in the PMC/EPC/Real Estate or Infrastructure sectors.


Manager (Architecture): Candidates should have a degree in Architecture with at least 60% marks and a minimum of 6 years of experience in planning and design.


Deputy Manager (Company Secretary): Candidates must be qualified as a Company Secretary (CS) and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in legal compliance.


Assistant Manager (Corporate Communications): A postgraduate degree or diploma in mass communication, journalism, or public relations with at least 60% marks and two years of experience in corporate imaging and media management is required.


Senior Project Executive (Civil): Candidates must have a degree in civil engineering with at least 60% marks and a minimum of two years of experience in the PMC/EPC/real estate or infrastructure sectors.


Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical): A three-year full-time diploma in a relevant engineering discipline with at least 60% marks is required.


Selection Process Overview

Selection for E-6 Level Positions: Candidates will be chosen based solely on a personal interview.


Selection for E-3, E-2, and E-1 Level Positions: A computer-based test (CBT) will be conducted first, followed by personal interviews for those who qualify.


Selection for E-0 Level Positions: Candidates must first pass a skill test, followed by a personal interview.


Selection for S-3 Level Positions: Candidates will be selected through a computer-based test (CBT).


Salary and Benefits

General Manager (Engineering): ₹90,000 to ₹240,000 per month


Manager: ₹60,000 to ₹180,000 per month


Assistant Manager: ₹40,000 to ₹140,000 per month


Junior Engineer: ₹27,270 per month (fixed salary)
