Qualifications Required

Required Qualifications
Applicants for the Junior Consultant (Clinical Psychologist) role must possess a postgraduate degree in Psychology along with clinical experience. For the Junior Consultant (Airport Systems), a BE/BTech in Electronics or related fields is necessary.


For the Consultant and Associate Consultant roles in Bird & Wildlife Management, a Master’s degree in relevant fields is required. The Junior Consultant and Associate Consultant positions in Obstacle Management require a graduation degree in Civil Engineering.


For the Horticulture Consultant role, a postgraduate degree in Agriculture or Horticulture is needed. Senior Consultant (Law) applicants must have a professional law degree and be eligible to practice in India.


Content Writer candidates should have a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or English Literature, while Graphic Designer applicants need a Bachelor’s degree and an advanced diploma in related fields. Video Editor candidates must hold a degree in Film Production or related areas.


Technical roles require a full-time bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology, specifically in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering, along with 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.


Age Limit and Selection Process

Age Limit
The maximum age limit for applicants varies from 30 to 45 years based on the position, calculated as of the application deadline. Relaxation in age limits will be provided for candidates from reserved categories.


Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through document verification, interviews, and a merit list. Monthly salaries will range from ₹70,000 to ₹1,50,000, depending on the role, along with additional benefits.


Contractual Terms

Consultants will initially be appointed for one year, with the possibility of extension for up to five years total. The engagement will be full-time, and consultants cannot take on other employment during this period.
