Eligibility Criteria for DRDO Recruitment

Who can apply?


Library & Information Science: Candidates should possess a graduation degree from a recognized institution along with a degree or diploma in Library and Information Science (1-year course).


Computer Science: A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science or a 3-year diploma in the same field is required.


Photography/Videography: Applicants must have a 3-year diploma or an ITI certificate in Videography or Photography.


Year of Degree Completion: Only those who completed their degrees in 2024 or 2025 are eligible. Candidates who graduated before 2024 or hold a postgraduate degree are not eligible.


Age Limit: Applicants must be under 28 years old as of the date of the written exam or interview. Age relaxation is available: 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.


Experience: No prior experience is necessary. Candidates who have completed their education and obtained a degree can apply directly.
