Important Update for Delhi Police Aspirants

Candidates looking to join the Delhi Police have some crucial news. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has launched the self-slot selection feature for the Delhi Police Constable, Police Driver, Ministerial, and Head Constable (AWO/TPO) examinations. This allows candidates to choose their preferred exam city and date. The slot selection process commenced today, December 5th, on the official SSC website.

This opportunity is time-sensitive, and candidates are encouraged to finalize their slots before the deadline. Not selecting a slot will mean candidates will not receive their admit cards for the examination.

Self-Slot Selection Timeline

The self-slot selection feature is now active as of December 5th. Candidates can access the SSC website to choose their exam city and date. The selection window will be available until the following dates: December 10th for Constable Driver, December 30th for Constable Executive, January 5th, 2026, for Constable Ministerial, and January 15th, 2026, for Head Constable (AWO/TPO).

Mandatory Slot Selection Before Exam

As per the SSC's official guidelines, candidates must complete their self-slot selection at least one week prior to their exam date. For instance, if a candidate is scheduled to take the written exam on December 16th, they must select their slot by December 9th.
