CTIL Recruitment 2026 Overview



The Centre for Trade and Investment Law (CTIL) has opened recruitment for five legal positions. This includes two Young Professionals (open to both experienced and inexperienced candidates), two Associates, and one Consultant (with or without a PhD). Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree in Law, or a Master’s degree specifically for the Young Professional category, in fields such as Law, Economics, International Law, Public Policy, Data Science, or Cost Accounting from a recognized institution, with at least 55% marks.


Experience requirements vary from one to eight years based on the position applied for. The age limit ranges from 28 to 50 years, depending on the role, calculated at the time of recruitment. Age relaxation is available for candidates from reserved categories as per regulations.


Selection Process

The selection of candidates will involve application verification (shortlisting), a written examination, and an interview. Successful candidates will receive a monthly salary between ₹50,000 and ₹2,65,000, depending on the position.


Contractual Appointment

It is important to note that all selected candidates will be hired on a contractual basis for an initial period of one year, which may be extended based on performance and organizational needs.
