BSF Recruitment 2025 Overview

BSF Recruitment 2025: The Border Security Force (BSF) has opened applications for 391 Constable (General Duty) roles. Eligible candidates who have completed their 10th grade (Matriculation) can apply online. The application window will be active from October 16, 2025, to November 4, 2025. Interested individuals can submit their applications through the official BSF website at bsf.gov.in or rectt.bsf.gov.in.

To qualify for this recruitment, candidates must have passed the 10th standard. Additionally, athletes who have achieved medals or participated in competitive events within the last two years are also eligible, as specified in paragraph 4(b) of the advertisement.

Physical Standards
Height requirements are set at 170 cm for male candidates and 157 cm for female candidates.

Chest measurements must be 80 cm without inflation and 85 cm after inflation for male candidates.

Medical Standards
Candidates will undergo medical examinations following the updated guidelines from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).
Eye Sight: A minimum vision of 6/6 and 6/9 in both eyes is required, without the use of glasses or lenses.

Age Limit

- Maximum age: 23 years

Pay Scale
Pay Level – 3: ₹21,700 – ₹69,100/-
Additional allowances applicable to Central Government employees will also be provided.
