BTSC Staff Nurse Document Verification Details

BTSC Staff Nurse DV Admit Card: The Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC) has issued the admit cards for the document verification phase related to the Staff Nurse recruitment (Advertisement No. 23/2025). This step is for candidates who have successfully passed the Computer-Based Test (CBT) for positions in the Health Department of Bihar.

As per the notification from the Commission, it is essential for candidates selected based on merit to attend the document verification as per the designated schedule.

**Schedule and Location for Document Verification**
The verification will take place at the Commission's office in Patna, conducted in two shifts daily:

**First Shift:** 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM
**Second Shift:** 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM
Candidates must report strictly according to their assigned date and time.

**Steps to Download the Call Letter**
Those called for verification can obtain their call letters from the Commission's official website. To access it, candidates will need their Application/Registration Number, Date of Birth, and Registered Mobile Number. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile for verification during login. Entry will not be permitted without a valid call letter.

**Changes in Eligibility Criteria**
The Commission has revised the eligibility requirements in line with updates to the Bihar Nursing Cadre Rules.

**Minimum Qualification:**

General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from an accredited institution.
Individuals with a B.Sc. Nursing degree are also eligible.

Furthermore, registration with the Nursing Council of any State or Union Territory was required at the time of application. However, registration with the Bihar Nursing Registration Council will be necessary before appointment.

**Documents Needed for Verification**
Candidates must present their original certificates along with two self-attested copies. The required documents include:

- Matriculation Certificate
- Identity Proof and Address Proof
- Academic Certificates and Mark Sheets
- Nursing Registration Certificate
- Reservation-related Certificate (if applicable)
- Work Experience Certificate (in the specified format)
- Disability Certificate (if applicable)
- Proof of Dependency on a Freedom Fighter (if applicable)
- Copy of the Online Application Form and Photograph

Important Instructions and Disqualification Rules
Failure to provide original academic certificates or a valid Nursing Registration will result in disqualification. Degrees or certificates that do not meet the required qualifications will not be accepted.

Work experience credit will only be granted if the certificate is issued by an authorized officer in the required format. Additionally, reservation benefits will be provided only with a valid certificate from a competent authority.
