Bihar Technical Service Commission Recruitment Notification

The Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC) has issued a notification for the recruitment of 48 Sports Trainer roles. Individuals interested in pursuing a career as Sports Trainers in Bihar can submit their applications. The online application window opened on December 22nd and will remain active until January 22nd, 2026. Candidates can verify their eligibility and apply through the official website btsc.bihar.gov.in.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Sports Trainer roles, applicants must hold a graduate degree from a recognized institution in India along with other specified qualifications. Only those who have represented India in events like the Olympics or Commonwealth Games are eligible to apply.

Age Criteria

The age of applicants will be determined as of August 1st, 2025. The minimum age requirement is 37 years. The maximum age limit is set at 37 years for general category candidates, 40 years for general category women and OBC candidates, and 42 years for SC and ST candidates.

Application Fee

All applicants must pay an application fee of Rs. 100 to apply for these positions.

Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected based on a written examination consisting of 150 multiple-choice questions, totaling 150 marks. The exam duration is two hours, with one mark awarded for each correct answer and a deduction of one mark for each incorrect answer (negative marking). Those who perform well in the written exam will be invited for a document verification process.
