Physical Efficiency Test for Bihar Police Recruitment

The Central Selection Board (CSBC) is set to initiate the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for the recruitment of Constables in the Bihar Police and Bihar Special Armed Police (SAP) starting from December 15. As per the latest notification from CSBC, candidates who qualify for the PET will be able to download their admit cards beginning November 25. It is important to note that admit cards will only be available for download on the official website, csbc.bihar.gov.in, and will not be dispatched via post or any other method.

Candidates Shortlisted for the PET

99,690 Candidates Selected

A total of 99,690 candidates have been selected to participate in the physical test for 19,838 available positions. This includes 62,822 male candidates, 36,834 female candidates, and 34 transgender candidates. Among those shortlisted are 867 Home Guard candidates and 622 dependents of freedom fighters.

Steps to Download the Admit Card

Follow these steps to access your Bihar Police Admit Card:

1. Visit the official website at csbc.bihar.gov.in.

2. On the homepage, locate and click on the admit card link under the Bihar Police section.

3. Enter your registration number or mobile number, date of birth, and the provided code, then click submit.

4. Your admit card will appear on the screen, ready for download and printing.

Obtaining a Duplicate Admit Card

If you do not receive your admit card online:

Candidates who are unable to download their admit card can obtain a duplicate from the Central Selection Board office located at Back Harding Road (near Secretariat Halt), Patna, 800001. This will be available on December 12 and 13, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For further details, candidates are encouraged to visit the official website.
