Bihar Board Intermediate Examination Results Released



The Bihar School Examination Board has announced the results for the Intermediate examination. For those who excelled in the Class 12 exams, this achievement is significant. However, the results for the Class 10 Matriculation examination are still pending, and students are eagerly awaiting their release, which could happen at any time.


Cash Prizes for Top Students

A common inquiry among the top-performing students and their peers is about the cash rewards and facilities provided by the state government for their achievements in the Bihar Board examinations.


Prizes Breakdown:



  • First Place: ₹2 lakh, a laptop, and a Kindle e-book reader.

  • Second Place: ₹1.5 lakh, a laptop, and a Kindle e-book reader.

  • Third Place: ₹1 lakh, a laptop, and a Kindle e-book reader.

  • Fourth and Fifth Places: Cash prizes between ₹20,000 and ₹30,000, along with a laptop.


Scholarship Opportunities for Toppers

In addition to cash rewards, top students will also have access to scholarship programs. Those who excel in the Class 10 exams will receive a monthly stipend of ₹2,000 until they complete Class 12. Meanwhile, Class 12 toppers will benefit from a monthly scholarship of ₹2,500 to support their undergraduate studies.


Registration for Scrutiny and Compartmental Exams

Students who did not pass the Class 12 examination have the opportunity to apply for the Compartmental Examination to improve their results. Additionally, those who wish to contest their scores can apply for scrutiny. The last date to register for these options is April 2.
